Pilates South Texas has been the exclusive Merrithew™ Licensed Training Center in Houston since 2007. The studio offers STOTT PILATES® education and instructor training in Matwork, Reformer, Cadillac, Chair, and Barrels, and a comprehensive range of Merrithew workshops for further professional development.
Pilates is a fitness modality for healthy daily exercise, physical post-rehabilitation of all kinds, and for all levels of sports training.
Our STOTT PILATES® Certified Instructors incorporate modern exercise principles, and apply practices in biomechanics, spinal rehabilitation, fascial integration, muscle conditioning and athletic performance enhancement.
Pilates private sessions and classes are available in our fully equipped STOTT PILATES® studio. We also offer virtual Pilates private sessions and classes.
This self-care practice uses a latex free soft body roller, and four uniquely designed latex free hand & foot treatment balls to stimulate the connective tissue, release compression in joints and offer natural pain relief so the body can feel better during the day.
MELT® is a nice complement to our STOTT PILATES® private sessions or classes at the studio or virtually.
