The Advanced (Level 2) program begins with a review of relevant Essential and Intermediate exercises, then students learn to apply STOTT PILATES® biomechanical principles to exercises that require a higher degree of strength, balance and coordination. These courses can be taken immediately after the corresponding Level 1 course or as a series of courses.
This 6 hours course is conducted 1 day In-Studio or 2 days Virtual. Upon completion of the course, one has the skills to effectively intensify the mat workout for the clients.
This course is an 18 hours course, which is conducted over 3 days. Upon completion of the course, one has the skills to effectively intensify the reformer repertoire for the clients.
The completion of the Advanced Cadillac, Chair, & Barrels course is a 12 hours course. The ACCB course has three modules to allow one to choose which module to take and when. The completion of all three modules is required to be eligible for certification. The three modules are ACAD, ACHR and ABRL. Students registering for any of the modules must have completed the ICCB or ICAD, ICHR, IBRL (for respective advanced module).
This 6 hours course is covered in one-day. Upon completion of the course, one has the skills to effectively lead 28 Advanced level Cadillac exercises to intensify the workout for the clients.
This course is a 3 hours course. Upon completion of the course, one has the skills to effectively lead 14 Advanced level Stability ChairTM exercises to intensify the workout for the clients in a personal or group training setting.
This course is a 3 hours course. Upon completion of the course, one has the skills to effectively lead 14 Advanced level exercises using the Ladder Barrel, Spine Corrector and Arc Barrel to intensify the workout for the clients in a personal or group training setting.
